LOCAL PLAY TELLS THE HISTORY OF KINGSBRIDGE AND ITS RESIDENTS

Local 'drama' will be resurrected in a brand new play called Kingsbridge: The Musical -- an original theatre production shows us life in the rural Ontario town along Bluewater Highway in the 1950s.

It premieres at the Kingsbridge Centre (or formerly St. Joseph's Church) today and runs until June 18th.

The story looks at Kingsbridge life in the late 1950s.

The story and characters are based on reality, but fictionalized. Local surviving community members from the era were interviewed to provide as much accuracy as possible to the story.

Tickets for Kingsbridge: The Musical are available at the door and cost $20 for adults, $10 for students, and $5 for youth under 12. Doors will open one hour prior to the event.
