POLICE IN GODERICH REMOVE DANGEROUS DRUGS FROM THE STREETS

A 52 year-old male from Goderich has been arrested by the OPP in connection to the execution of a drug warrant.
      
On Wednesday (February 7, 2018) police with the assistance of the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed the search at a residence located on Huron Road.
     
As a result of the search, police seized a number of drugs which is believed to have a combined value of $3,000.
     
Police also seized offence related property that consisted of drug trafficking paraphernalia and cash totaled at $1,400.
     
Joel Hill from Goderich is charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Oxycodone for the Purposes of Trafficking. He is also charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana.
     
He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for March 19th in Goderich.
