A 61 year old man is facing a charge of impaired driving after a traffic stop on Bluewater Veteran's Highway. According to Huron County OPP, officers say the vehicle was being driven erratically last Friday morning before it was pulled over. Police say the driver failed a roadside test and was taken back to the detachment for further tests, which showed he was over the legal limit for alcohol. His vehicle was impounded and his driver's license suspended for 90 days. The suspect from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh is due in court next month.
