It's Election Day in Ontario and polls are suggesting a neck and neck race between the Progressive Conservative and New Democrat parties. Last weekend, Liberal Kathleen Wynne said she likely won't return as premeir as her party is polling well behind the others. Running locally is current Progressive Conserative MPP Lisa Thompson who was elected in 2011 and looking to win her third term. Thompson and the PC's will be at the Wingham golf course tonight. Don Mathson and the Liberals will be at the Lakeshore Recreation Club in Port Elgin and the NDP's Jan Johnston will be at her Victoria Park North office. Elsewhere running in the Huron-Bruce riding is Alliance candidate Gerrie Huenemoerder, Green Party candidate Nicholas Wendler, and Libertarian Ron Stephens. myFM will be there with all of the three main parties as the votes come in tonight. Polls are open from 9:00am to 9:00pm today at select locations across the Huron-Bruce county today. You can vote at the legion in Kincardine, the Grey Bruce Health Unit in Port Elgin, the Lakeshore United Church in Goderich and the Paisley Community Centre in Southampton. Voting locations change based on your postal code, a full list of spots to cast your vote are available at www.elections.on.ca.
