Unifor local 16-O strikers at the Goderich salt mine are now blockading the access road to the site.
They're doing so in protest of the replacement workers the company is using.
Vice president of the Grey-Bruce labour council, Dave Trumble, says he supports his neighbouring union.

The workers at Compass Minerals have been off the job since April 27th.
Unifor alleges the company has been demanding concessions that include mandatory overtime, reduced benefits, and a weakening of contracting-out provisions.
