YOUTH IN KINCARDINE ARRESTED AFTER A GUN INCIDENT DOWNTOWN

A youth in Kincardine has been arrested after waving what was believed to be a handgun downtown. The South Bruce OPP says the incident took place this past Friday and they were forced to draw their own firearms to assist with the arrest. The name of the youth has not been released under the youth criminal justice act. The male was reported as he was walking down Mechanics Avenue and was arrested at the intersection of Queen and Broadway. The investigation is still in it's early stages and more information will be released as it becomes available.
