A new art exhibit is coming to the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre.

"Pow Wow Emanations" by artist and Owen Sound native, Roly Fenwick, will be open to the public beginning Saturday (September 15th) at 2pm.

Fenwick is known for his lush oil paintings inspired by the Bruce Peninsula, which he refers to as his "ancestral bloodroots".

He has collections in a number of other museums, including Art Gallery of Hamilton, Tom Thomson Art Gallery, and the McIntosh Art Gallery.

His work recounts his experience of many times spent on the shores along Lake Huron & Georgian Bay, specifically at Saugeen and Cape Croker.

The show continues through Saturday, November 24th.
