ARRESTS MADE AFTER GODERICH BIKES STOLEN

A pair of Huron County men have been arrested and charged in connection with the theft of two high end bicycles stolen in Goderich.
     
On September 5th, OPP were contacted by two high school students that reported their bicycles were stolen from a bike rack located at the high school.
      
Police arrested a 17-year-old male from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh with two counts of theft. He was also found to possess marijuana.
     
A 32 year old from Goderich was charged with two counts of Theft and two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
     
Upon arrest he was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
    
Both stolen bicycles have not yet been recovered. The stolen bikes are described as a black 21 speed, Louis Garneau mountain bike.
    
The other is a 2017 black Norco Charge mountain bike.
