It's every woman's right to live and work in a safe environment free from violence.

November is 'Woman Abuse Prevention Month', and the Women's House Serving Bruce and Grey is working hard through their Wrapped in Courage campaign to raise awareness. Community and Fund Development Coordinator, Michelle Lamont, says it's important to have an open dialogue between men and women.

Purple scarves and men's ties are being sold for $20 each at 11 different locations in Kincardine and Port Elgin all month long. Check out their website www.whsbg.on.ca for additional locations and times that the scarves/ties will be sold in our area.
