MISSISSAUGA MAN ARRESTED AFTER STOLEN VEHICLE FOUND IN GODERICH

An arrest has been made after a Goderich resident reported suspicious behaviour to police.

The resident on Hincks Street noticed a high-end car they didn't recognize parked suspiciously.

Police ran the plates and determined it had been stolen from Peel region.

The driver left the scene before OPP arrived, but police were able to track down the 2007 Bently in a parking lot later that morning.

A 26-year-old man from Mississauga has been charged with possessing stolen property above $5,000, dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving without a license, among other charges.
